General Recruitment

• Maintain Candidate Privacy: Information gathered during the application process should be carefully shared within your organization and never made available to third parties.

Job Descriptions and Titles

• Avoid using offensive content. If a rational observer finds any aspect of your job listing to be inappropriate or offensive, the appearance of your job may suffer.

• Avoid using clickbait in your titles. Job titles should be the name of the job as it would appear on a business card, with no additional information. Job descriptions should include information such as work location, required qualifications, company benefits, and other specific information.

• Provide a real job. Find-Guyana-Jobs is a job search engine. Non-job content, such as spam, scams, and other offers, will not be displayed to job seekers.

• Always tell the truth: Provide accurate job details, such as location, duties, and whether the job is being offered by the hiring company or by a recruiter on the company’s behalf.

Jobs from hiring companies that do not meet the Find-Guyana-requirements Jobs standards for organic inclusion may be reviewed. Additionally, listings that jeopardize the job seeker experience or that we are unsure represent a “real” job or are misleading may be made only selectively visible or removed from organic search results.

Find-Guyana- Jobs may reject or remove any job, and any company’s account may be disabled for any or no reason. We cannot provide every reason why a job or a company may be removed, and we always reserve the right to remove any job, organic or sponsored, if we believe it is in our or our users’ best interests.
